Travelling to We Rise from South East and London?
Tickets have now been released by Avanti for trains to Manchester travelling from or via London.
A group of about 10 people are going up together from the South East on the 10.48am train. Please join them by meeting Sandra from Global Justice Now outside the WHSmith at Euston Station from 10.10am. Sandra will be wearing a Global Justice Now T-shirt and may have a flag, so should be easy to spot. She’ll go to the platform at around 10.40am so please leave plenty of time.
Travelling from Glasgow/Stirling?
Join a group getting the Megabus coach from Glasgow Buchanan station at 8:20am to Manchester. They are returning together on a coach at 2:45am from Manchester back to Glasgow (and some will continue from there to Stirling together!).
Join Maddy and others on a train leaving Edinburgh station at 10:12am in coach B to Manchester Piccadilly station. They will be wearing a recognisable Global Justice Now T-shirt or have a flag.
Join Ash and others getting the train from Cardiff Central. They’ll be getting the 8:49am train to Manchester Piccadilly via Leominster and a return train at 8:30pm. Train tickets are available from Trainline, meet them on the platform, they will be wearing a recognisable Global Justice Now T-shirt or have a flag.
Join Matthew and others getting the train from Leeds train station. They’ll be getting the 12pm train to Manchester Piccadilly. Train tickets are available from Trainline. Meet them on the platform, they will be wearing a recognisable Global Justice Now T-shirt or have a flag.
Join Aahan and get a train from Birmingham New Street. They’ll be getting the 10am train to Manchester Piccadilly via Stafford. This will get you to Manchester much earlier than the event starts so you’ll have time to walk around or help set up! Train tickets are available from Trainline. Meet them on the platform, they will be wearing a recognisable Global Justice Now T-shirt or have a flag.
