Salary: £14,193pa (pro-rata to £35,482pa)
Global Justice Now is a democratic social justice organisation working, as part of a global movement, to challenge the powerful and create a more just and equal world. We mobilise people in the UK for change, and act in solidarity with those fighting injustice, particularly in the global south. We put pressure on decision-makers, organise public opposition to harmful policies, and produce robust research which shows there are alternatives to corporate-led globalisation.
We are seeking a human resources adviser to work part-time (2 days a week equivalent, flexible) within our resources team, to take responsibility for the HR function at Global Justice Now.
Regular HR work will include the typical full range of HR functions, including developing and updating HR policies and procedures. Specific projects include development of a wellbeing statement and programme, and working with our anti-oppression working group.
To join us you will need experience of developing human resources policies, an understanding of the voluntary sector working environment, and a strong commitment to, and experience of, equal opportunities policies.
