Scotland-wide online group
About us
This online group began as a place for campaigners without a local group in their area to meet together. At the moment we have people from the Borders, Musselburgh, and Loch Lomond who join regularly. We are also sometimes joined by campaigners from the local groups in Edinburgh and Dundee.
We meet monthly via zoom, discuss what we’ve been up to locally, get an update on the latest campaigns, and share ideas for podcasts, books and films of interest. We’ve got to know each other online, which has meant from time to time we’ve joined campaign actions in other parts of the country, or supported each others actions in real life.
Currently we are meeting on the second Thursday of the month at 7.30pm.
If you’d like to join the monthly meeting just email Jane and she’ll add you to the list to receive the monthly zoom.
If you live rurally in Scotland this should be a good group for you. It’s also a good place to start if you are keen to get involved in campaigning locally with Global Justice Now, want to find out a bit more about what we are doing in Scotland as a first step.
