We are a democratic social justice organisation working as part of a global movement to challenge the powerful and create a more just and equal world. We mobilise people in the UK for change, and act in solidarity with those fighting injustice, particularly in the global south.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic fundraising officer to join our small and friendly London-based team.

The role involves helping to develop Global Justice Now’s individual giving programme through acquiring and retaining new regular givers as well growing and optimising our cash giving programme.

The fundraising and supporter care officer will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of individual giving activity across acquisition and retention. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with experience of managing successful fundraising campaigns across different channels including direct mail, telemarketing and digital.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and working closely with the fundraising team, campaigners and the communications team, the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communications, copy writing and project management skills. Experience in working with databases will be an advantage as the role includes running reports and data selections.

If you’re interested in the post and think you meet the requirements, we’d love to hear from you.

We welcome applications from everyone irrespective of ethnicity, but as members of ethnic minority groups are currently under-represented in the organisation, we encourage applications from black and ethnic minority candidates. Appointment will be based on merit alone.
