Come and help make giant ‘corporate shark’ lanterns out of willow and paper! We’re making them to take them to Anglo-American’s AGM to protest against the corporate court case they are bringing over the Cerrejón open-cast coal mine in Colombia.

Join us for a creative workshop with a professional artist, organised jointly by War on Want and Global Justice

  • When: Sunday 10 April, 11am-4.30pm (full timetable below)
  • Where: Limehouse Town Hall, 646 Commercial Rd, London E14 7HA (see on Google maps)

We’ll also hear from activists who have been working with communities affected by the Cerrejón mine for many years. Children welcome, vegetarian lunch provide.
