The AGM is Global Justice Now’s highest decision-making body and any member can attend and vote. This year, our AGM will be followed by Shifting Ground, an activist conference which will help mark our relaunch as Global Justice Now in Scotland. Registration for the AGM, plus tea and coffee, is from 10.30am.

2. Director’s report: Review of the year and plans for the future.
3. Adoption of the minutes of the 2014 AGM and matters arising.
4. Policy resolution: Adoption of the three-year organisational strategy.
5. Adoption of annual report and accounts*.
