Members* of Global Justice Now are warmly invited to join this year’s annual general meeting.

The AGM will take place online using the Zoom platform. Please note that registration for the AGM is now closed.
This is because we need to check everyone’s details against our membership records in advance of the AGM. Anyone who is registered will receive a link by the end of Monday 10 June.

- Director’s report of the year’s work.
- Council election results announced.
- Election to the Standards Committee.
- Adoption of the 2023 AGM minutes and matters arising.
- Treasurer’s report.
- Appointment of auditors.
Proxy votes
Members and local groups not able to attend the AGM can appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. Please use the following form to do so by Monday 10 June:
Resolutions
The deadline to submit resolutions to the AGM is now passed.
